Your connection to the server has been lost

I get "Your connection to the server has been lost" a few seconds to a few minutes into just about every server I try. Just started a week ago. Have made no changes and it worked fine before that.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check this:

it happens me also,but when i join again that same server,problem is gone
