Hi , sorry i have to give you a little explication ...

All the week you have a new interview , this interview takes the place of the last one .And the last one go to sticky.

EX: "GRUNTA" replace "[R-COM]Gimmerman" "[R-COM]Gimmerman" go to the sticky..
"Next interview" replaces "Grunta" "Grunta" goes to the sticky..

I hope you understand my explication ..

Stickies are nice if you want to find a subject quickly in an archive way. But for the rest are pretty invisible to everyone when they get updated.

Thus he's making a thread on these new interviews which then get archived in the sticky.
