Server Rules Insurgency:
1] PLAY NICE!
This simple rule says it all. If you don't get it, read on (or play elsewhere).
2] ABSOLUTELY NO RACISM OR EXTREME VULGAR LANGUAGE.
Respect all players and admins. If you KNOW you shouldn’t say it, DON'T! If you THINK that you probably shouldn't say it, DON'T! BEWARE: there are no warns or kicks for racism, just an immediate and permanent ban on all SECTION 8 games servers. Simple.
3] NAME YOUR SQUAD AFTER THE (HEAVY) ASSET.
Be specific - "ARMOR SQUAD" or "CAS SQUAD" are not allowed. Examples: Tank, Bradley, Stryker, LAV are examples of legitimate squad names. Vehicles must be properly manned - do not solo heavy assets intended for a fighting crew of 2! No player kits, trucks or light vehicles (HUMVEE etc.) can be reserved by squads or single players. This would be too difficult to admin and admins want to play, not babysit. Live with it.
4] SQUAD LOCKING IS TO BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.
Locking of squads will only be tollerated at the start of a map or for single asset squads (Jet Squad). Once your squad roster is set, please unlock it. If an admin asks you to unlock your squad, you must do so, without question, ASAP.
5] NO INTENTIONAL TEAMKILLING.
If you feel that you have been INTENTIONALLY TEAMKILLED, DO NOT RETALIATE! Notify a SECTION 8 admin who will deal with the offending player. If you accidentally teamkill, be a adult! Apologize! The server is set to temporarily autoban for the remainder of the round, any player who receives 3 punishes for teamkilling, so your punishes DO count. Use them for when it REALLY matters. As a general rule, you should not be punishing unless you are in your team's main base area. REMEMBER, not all players can afford hardware that can run the game at highest graphics settings!
6] MAINTAIN REALISTIC GAMEPLAY.
We expect that all players on SECTION 8 servers have the desire to play the game the way it was intended. Utilize real tactics, teamwork and discipline. This also includes "Main Base Courtesy". DO NOT exploit the limitations of the game. Just because you can do something, it doesn’t mean you should. Don’t be the distraction that nobody else wants. If you feel the need for attention, leave the game and call your Mama - she can help.
7] BOTH SIDES MAY OPERATE ANYWHERE ON THE MAP.
Baseraping is allowed, but not encouraged (refer to Rules 1 or 6 above).

This is a NO BASERAPE Server. Baserape areas includes primary spawn areas ("Dome of Death"), last flag and mainland Repair Station areas on maps such As Muttrah. In the spirit of fair play, any attacks on these areas or their approaches regardless of distance will be considered BASE RAPING (until your team owns the last flag) and will be treated as such by our admins. Play fair or don't play.
