Hi guys i am new at this forum and i have problem i have ati radeon 9200 and with that graphic card i can play bf2 but when i want to play pr when server is loading i get only to 3% and then there appear black screen i only see pr dogtags and then nothing happens pr is blocked i dont know what is problem so can you help me please?

system specs:ati radeon 9200
intel celeron CPu 2.60GHz
1,50 gb of ram
and 8 gb of virtual ram

will someone help me i want to play pr

What exactly does it say on the loading bar next to the 3% loading?

Hello, welcome to the forum.
When you installed PR what exactly did you install? (in order)

first i installed bf2
then patch 1.41
then patch 1.50
then pr core 0.874
then pr levels 0.874

Erm I think your files might of got corrupted so you might have to do a reinstall of bf2/pr
Just wait for another reply see what someone else thinks..

eh yes i forgot to tell when its loading and there goes black screen when i press ctrl+alt+delete i got error somehting about vpu recover and when i turn off vpu recover at ati catalyst center black screen doesent appear it just stops at 3% and then when i try ctrl+alt+delete my pc restarts

VPU Revover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics driver commands

Did you do what Mad Mike said? Uninstall everything, redownload all the patches and PR files and reinstall.

not yet but i will do it then i will post here and tell you results


and yeah there is one more question does project reality work with ati radeon 9200 i ask that because ati radeon 9200 works with bf2


progress: uninstalled bf2, pr core and levels[done]
downloading pr core and levels from torrent download ( i have bf2 1.41 and 1.50 patch)[done]
installing bf2 deluxe edition[done]
installing patches 1.41 and 1.50 [done],patch 1.41[done],patch 1.50[done]
installing pr core [done],installing pr levels [done]
testing does it work[done]

It should do. Think you'll have to have most of the video settings on low though. Also make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your Radeon 9200.

That is what I would suggest is checking your drivers.

i did it already i downloaded newest yesterday

it still dont work for me i will try one more time last time i tryed i got to 13%

When your unistalling bf2 and pr use CCleaner to delete any files that you cant see on your computer etc

How is PR not working now? Seeing as how the most common suggestion to reinstall isn't working. Maybe try installing the BF2 and PR files in something other than the default folder? Other than that I would think hardware or driver problems. It might be sound driver, video driver a whole host of problems.

ok i will try find a solution because i think its a problem with the display or graphics card, keeps turning off and going black.Hope it works for me soon.
