Mighty Boosh.

Some horrible BBC 'comedy' involving a scary looking magician type dude, a fella with a mousdash that looks like / as miserable as James May, and some ponce that can't decide whether or not to go for gender reassignment treatment.

Which track did you hear OP? Care to be more descriptive?

I have heard at least two PR tracks in this show. Was very suprised  . One from Kashan desert map, other from Qwai River.
May be Howard Moon plays PR?

Yeah, iv seen that music (The Kashan Loading music) in a few things now. I saw it in that scene in the boosh, a documentary about the war in Afghanistan and maybe even a report by the BBC :S
Boosh is by no means bad comedy, its just quite neiche. It's not meant to be accessable to everyone, just like PR is a bit.

...mongol...

A lot of clips from PR are free use as mentioned, and even the ones made by the PR guys I believe are free use themselves, so its not like this is a legal issue ;)

It IS weird though. Its similar to finding GarageBand clips in Future Weapons, but still thinking about the time you made a song called F.I.C.T. (F***ing Ice Cream Truck) using the same clip they use to show off how bada** the soldiers are :P

Not really though, the only people who know it's from PR are people already playing it.
