when i turn my laptop on today to play some PR i turned the volume up all the way and this massive screeching noise comes out. if i have the volume really low i can hear normally with no screech. anyone got a solution to fix it? could the speakers be dead?

EDIT: under 32% volume i can hear normally

sorry for making the thread its all good now just fixed it by lowering the mic boost down
