RP Suggestion

I have searched, but I couldn't find a system like I had in mind for RP's. A lot of debate/ discussion has been going on lately, so I could be too late with this, but I'll try nevertheless.
So instead of removing them completely, why not limiting where they can be placed? Right now, if you would remove them, you need a FB to spawn. And since trucks/ heli's aren't always available, it could mean you have to walk for a long time, which can be frustrating if you need to defend a critical point/ vehicle or whatever.
So why not allowing SL's to place RP's around flags that have been captured, so that they got the freedom to place them somewhere hidden (which is harder to do with a FB), but they can't simply go up in some random mountain/ or deep behind enemy lines and all go spawn from there. Knowing that you can simply respawn somewhere deep behind enemy lines doesn't really encourage people to be careful. However, completely removing them would also mean that on maps like Muttrah, a lot of people will be spawning on one point, which can encourage spawn killing.
To sum it up, allow RP's to be placed in the dome/ capping range of the flag (which has to be captured by your team), so that SL's aren't fully dependant from FB's, so their troops can spawn closer to them. That gives SL's the freedom to place RP's everywhere within that dome, without them having to wait for a truck/ heli to show up, so that they have to build a FB.
