Ever since BF2 I've wished I could protect my passengers by closing the doors on the blackhawk; just a very quick suggestion that was not in the already suggested thread; could the blackhawk be revised to allow the side doors to open and close using the ramp up and down keys, like the merlins back door did?

Speaking of the Merlin, I noticed when playing Snow Storm that the back has been removed; now I know this is due to attempts to stop the 'merlin bug'; but my quick-question is this... Why didn't they leave the back ON and static instead of removing it? =O

Well Iirc the Merlin door was removed because of Lag issues, so I'll guess it's the same with BH doors.

I think you have to to a new model for the blackhawk to be able to have working doors.

I thought that was found to not be the cause of the lag int the end though?

Would be really nice to have some small details like this e.g FH2 allowing you to put your windscreen up and down in jeeps etc.

Having sliding doors on the BH and huey would be a nice feature.

Uhm, as for new model to do so, I remember this being mentioned... But I also seem to remember wasn't the BH in PR remade?

Even though the sliding door is on the new models myu could pretend like a soilder opend it
