I recently re-installed BF2 & PR but I keep getting PB kicked from BF2 & PR servers. I have dl'ed the latest PB html but still get kicked. Here is the error/PB kick message...
Anybody here know the fix? Tried a Search but it didn't turn up any relevant posts.

Have you updated your PB with the updater instead of downloading the latest html files?

Are you running an old(er) version of fraps or any other form of directx overlay?

using pbsvc tool helps alot, its seperate from pbsetup, you run pbsvc first to uninstall everything punkbuster related.
run pbsvc, uninstall all punkbuster services, then reinstall, then run pbsetup and update and you should be gtg

Since Fraps was the issue here, may I point out for all users of Procaster, it doesnt want to start up BF2 (or some other games) if its running, you have to close it, run the game, alt tab and open it...
Just for info...
