What about making the insurgents on Ramiel look African. They does not look all the same. I have the impression that in Africa they don't cover their face as much because they are more like rebel armies that is in control, and not insurgents. You should have it on the to-do-list.

1. insurgent/taliban like forces
2. BLUFOR like army more organised like the MEC

Ramiel is in the Middle East.

But hopefully if the ARF are decent then they should replace them on Ramiel due to the fact that its black-hawk-down-ish.

Ramiel is set in mogadishu in somalia which is in east africa

Not until there are African insurgents on it, and more African statics.

Ramiel shouldn't have had the black hawk down theme anyway, something more modern would have been a bit better imo, like extremists storming the university there or simply taking over the city.

Unless you can't read I said I know its set in Mogadishu, like on that map.

But I wouldn't take that map seriously, presuming that the IDF are replacing Brits on Asad Khal, which seems to be in western Iran.

Not Ramiel, but a new map like FreeTown airport (British vs African Resistance fighters) would be awesome

It doesn't really matter where it's set until the African Insurgents are done. Like how Basrah had the US as a placeholder until the Brits were finished.

On the thread topic though, it certainly would be nice to have the other insurgent flavours in PR, but the amount of work involved with creating the entire factions (African & indonesian) is going to take quite some time, if it ever does eventuate at all.

Attention wee nublets, can we not argue over pointless silly stuff like this please? For a start, it's entirely possible for Somlia to be both in Africa *and* Middle Eastern, geopolitically... so let's drop it before the Moderators find you, ey?

im telling its supposed to be somila moghdashu and its been suggested before that they might change the insurgents colur to black to make it like Bhd Which is in SOMALIA and ramiels is Mogadishu.

So... I just watched district 9.... Can we has Alien insurgents with alien weaponry in a map like ramiel?
