Damage triggered sound effects

So i was watching this short WIP clip on Bf3/Badcompany W.E ( cuz i was interested ) annd exactly 1:00 into the clip right as he blows the C4 you hear car alarms in the background.. so it got me thinking for a minute ...
would somthing such as the car alarms be possible in PR?

Already we have the infamous Blackbirds flying around when you trigger a certian area with either your body or Rpg/ helo missles explode.

would it be possible to create a dynamic sound object which has a weak damage meter to trigger a sound if it was hit by a bullet?, Rpg etc? Much like an explosive barrel or gas tank .. when it blows up there is a code telling the program make X Explosin sound with Y visuial Effect ( I dont know code but rough enterpretation. )

like on Muttrah .. all of those static cars sitting around since they cant be moved/ Blown up why not put a little bit of stupid use to them for effect. not saying the cars are the only things you can do with this idea. so In other maps imagion an explosion is set. as the dust settles you begin hearing dogs barking and alarms sounding. it would seem a bit more realsitic due to the "shockwave".
we would just have to put our imagionations to use.
Asking ( what everyday things make sounds ?) :P .... well for example
The Dog barking sound on korengal. that could be triggered if some body walks through a back yard representing dogs geting pissed and about to bite your foot off :P even though there never is any dog.
I am sure you can think of many things that a Damage Triggered sound could be used for.

Small fun idea.. Juke box + ( Melee attack ) = 30 seconds of rocknRoll music :D

Well thats not the BF3, it was a early version of Battlefield Bad company and the clip was included in the Gold edition.


But some car alarms might be cool in fallujah

that could be really good for gameplay set traps near it blows up in enemy presence and then the added bonous of a million insegents all moving to a flashing beacon of death

plus shooting a car will help any one with out a mic type by the noisy car
