reverse the spawning order on basrah

currently on basrah the APCs spawn after a delayed time, however the tank and rovers spawn first.
this really punishes a pubbing team imo.
1) you have to be really aware of spawntimes to use the main british advantages
2) your team has to be disciplined enough to return all the rovers to main in order to transfer to mechanised infantry
3) The current setup doesn't encourage the tank to support the APCs as it goes off, gets in contact and doesn't necessarily break it to support the APC (i.e. the main team movement) actions.
so
Tank on delayed spawn
Warriors and scimi spawn at start
preferably less rovers spawn at main, they are good on a 16 layer and there they should stay exception being teh VCP.
this means the Brit team isn't running around in crappy vehicles at the start of the game rather than the teamwork orientated assets. I use the word crappy to describe the teamwork orientation rather than their effectiveness as a single unit.
HOWEVER, I do recognise that the proposed setup could be disadvantageous for the INS side, as the presence of powerful teamwork assets at the start of the game could possibly lead to no preparation time in setting up of defence at the first caches.
The compromise is to have the warriors ALSO on a delayed spawn. meaning the only armoured asset working at the start is the scimi (i.e. the recon and FSG vehcle)
This effectively means the British team would have to wait around at the VCP for 10mins, this is plenty of time for the INS to make a defence.
The lack of rovers ensures that the British team that defends for the first 10mins, will be safe, as without that fire support they have to hole up in the VCP/main base.
However, I am of the opinion myself that a delayed spawn on the warriors isn't really required given the delay on intel etc.
