With 0.9 """"imminent"""" (whatever that means)....and a lot of new stuff coming our way, what new stuff do you think is most important.
(to a mod, can you make a poll with multiple answers please?)

- New weapons
Remember when the M14 was introduced. Everyone wanted to use this weapon in game. The Quartermaster got spammed with requests for this weapon. "New" weapons are kinda rare these days, it are more a model update with other sounds/sights or animation.

- New maps
Quoting fuzzhead
Maps take considerably longer than any other assets, and are of the utmost highest importance in relation to the gameplay of the mod, much more so then new vehicles/weapons/skins/soldiers.

As we all know, good maps can make or break the gameplay that we all love, and getting new ones is a huge breath of new life for the mod.
- New vehicles
Don't really know what to say here. Something about Stryker, Avenger, Challenger 2. You know, that stuff.

- Gameplay changes
PR Gameplay has greatly changed over the 5 years. APC spawnpoints got replaced with firebases. Squad-leader spawnpoints with rally points. Adding logistics trucks. AAS/AAS2/Insurgency/VIP escort. vBF2 is hardly recognizable.

- Bug fixes
Damn bugs.

- New factions
Adding a new faction to PR doesn't happen to often (yet). And a new faction is kinda a big package of everything. New maps/vehicles/skins/weapons ect.

New maps. PR has always been great but the need for new maps is always there.

New weapons like that 81mm mortar introduced many months ago.

Along with more community submissions that get into the game.

And the DEVs getting into the game with the players to hear reactions and gripes, even though they worked hard and want a break from the whole situation.

"imminent" - this means something is about to happen ;)

Anything to change the gameplay in small ways, to improve on it, and to keep the interest of the community.

The community not posting any feedback or suggestion threads for the first two weeks or so after a release.

Do that and the moderation team will stay content enough to allow your continued existance.

- New weapons
there will be TAR-21, LAW, Galil, Jericho, M16A1, Car-15, C7, C8, C9 and probably some more Canadian weapons
and the M-14 unscoped as well as the new Type 95 LMG model, so 0.9 will be quite big considering new weapons

Oh also, incase anyone wanted the formal definition of "imminent" from our friends at Merriam-Webster.

For me its new maps ofc, and anything that brings new gameplay. New TOWs for instance will mean APCs cannot rape FBs in the way they used to, and should make firebases a bit tougher, like intended. I'm very excited by the new C+C mode as well, adds a bit of RTS to the game. Even new statics create new gameplay, so them too....

New weapons and vehicles are always cool, but doubly so if they bring something new to the gameplay as well.

This is will turn into a feedback thread after release. This is basically a preemptive feedback thread. So I'm going to kill it before it goes anywhere else.

Just be patient and wait for .9 and then enjoy it.
