Is it possible to...

Today, I came up with an idea.
In real life, in Afghanistan aswell as in Iraq, a lot of armies work as a team. They fight shoulder to shoulder. In PR, we only have maps with just the USMC, just the British army etc.
Now, wouldn't it be awesome to be able to chose between USMC, the British and, for instance, the Dutch army in one map? Being able to work together.
I figured this might be possible by adjusting the weapon-unlock-feature. In BF2 (Vanilla) you get ranks. With ranks you get weapons. Ingame, you can click the 2 arrows and tah-daah, there you got your unlocked gun.
Would it be possible (with the BF2 engine) to make that arrow switch between the British army and the USMC?
If this is possible, is it also possible to make sure that British soldiers won't be able to join a USMC squad?
I hope someone (who knows what he is talking about) can answer my question.
Regards,
RaSgO
Note: This is NOT a suggestion. This is a simple question about whether it is possible or not. If I put it in the wrong section, sorry for that.

I'm afraid only one flag, and one language can be set to a team, so Brits would speak in American accents or vice versa.
Welcome to the forums, however this has been discussed before. the Dutch comfaction considered having ANA on their map with the Dutch forces, however I think this was dropped due to teh one language thing along with problems with how any requested kit would have the dutch kit geometry.
the closest you'll come to this is Falllujah west where the presence of Bradleys symbolise the USA's involvement in a USMC battle.

The flag could be turnt into maybe to NATO one

What do you mean with ANA? (Most likely a stupid question, but hey, who cares?

)

That is always an option. But like Rudd said, the kit geometry and the language would be pretty much the same, which won't accurately represent joint combat.

ANA is Afghan National Army. In general terms, indigenous forces.

The only thing that would be the same, would be the voices, because you have the guns & skins that are diffirent

Reading is hard, I understand, but taking some time to read the first post, would be much appreciated.

If you had tried to search for this, you might have found the previous dev responses to this. No, it's not.
Also, even if you don't call it a suggestion...this still is one.
