Missing all ground textures

Screenshot of the problem - http://i47.tinypic.com/aabrdu.jpg
Rig:
CPU - AMD 9950 Phenom BE
GPU - 4890 Radeon 1GB DDR5 VRAM.
RAM - 2x2GB DDR2 1066MHZ Dual-channel Extreeme Black Team Group Memory
Memory - M3N78-EM
HD - Cant recall, some 500GB one at 7200rpm i guess
OS - W7 32 bit

Explanation - Game started fine and loaded, Comodo was complaining about few things but i bypassed them. Map loaded, noticed ground textures missing.

Attempted - Full Re installation of BF2, Patching it and DLing PR
Deleting the shader folder after turning everything to all low

This problem seems to affect every single map and i reinstalled the whole game twice and redid my settings at Catalyst control center, changing the Catalyst A.I status from advanced to standard and after that to disabled. No change in issue.

I'm seriously out of ideas here and sure, I can play the game but makes me feel like a cheater if i can see the other guys through a hill..

At least the statistics stay on the map.

*Update Edit* Ground textures reappear during when the blur effect kicks in or the black / white screen during near bleed out but vanish again after the "event" is over.
I've twice now downloaded the levels file and still no result.

Also this problem didn't exist 2-3 weeks or so ago... Only thing that might have affected is the lately update to the CCC version released 27th of jan 2010.

So sprites are still alive, just no textures..

I have trouble with Comodo; I've had to re-format my computer a very few times until I noticed the issue which was underneath my nose. It is a very well put program, but I've heard of people having the same issue as me and displaying various other kind of occurrences that pose a problem on their system.

My suggestion is to clear your BF2 video cache and try running it in windowed mode, although I'm not sure exactly if that will prevail, but your system is quite over-capable enough to engorge on this memory feeder. And possibly try different resolution features.

Turn off AA.

If it is turned off, maybe you have a dual monitor setup...in which case disable one of your monitors

Yeah, it happened to my brothers computer once as well. He uses win7 and this happed while we were testing out the dual monitor capabilities. So yeah, turn off AA and use the graphics card setting instead and turn off dual monitor (if u got one)

Hi there...
played PR a lot, but since 0.909 and only since then, ha have the same problem as described above.
I tried altering AA settings, setting "texture" to medium no luck, unplug the second Monitor, no luck either... I'm pretty helpless here!
One thing, PR is the only mod i have this issue with.

Quick solution if you're using dual monitors: Go into CCC and disable the 2nd monitor. It's exactly what happened to me. It works fine now. :P

I also suggest you try with clearing the BF2 shader cache: delete folder "Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache"

Turn off AA in game and force it through your drivers. Fixed it for me.
