Quick-talk issue

This is a fairly minor issue, but it's begun to bug me.
When I open the Q Compass to say something, the voice is ALWAYS in that US Vanilla English sound. I rarely use the Q Compass, but it's fairly unimmersive hearing your fellow insurgents yell out "Running dry! Need Ammo!", etc. I'm 75% sure that I'm missing the audio files for the various voices, so I was wondering how I can fix this.
On PRSP, I ca hear the Arabic, Russian, Chinese and British English fine, but on MP it's always American English, which is again, extremely annoying for me.
So I'm wondering, how can I fix this? How can I transfer the voice files from PRSP to PRMP? (By the way, I'm using the latest versions of PRSP and PRMP, unless there's been an update within the past 2 weeks....).
