Epoc, a French fellow, has issues with his account on the PR forum. He cannot post any messages.
Here is what he gets :
Epoc, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

If someone can help him

Did he go to the rules section and click "yes" after reading the forum rules ?
I think that is the second step in registration.

Actually he has already posted several times...
Can someone help him ?

is there any news on this problem cos i have friend who have registered but he cannot do any posts?
