Well, 0.9 looks freaking awesome. As PR always were. However, I got a question about the preload: Why there isn't any patch file for players that already have 0.87?

There is no patch included with this release due to the large amount of changes and newly added features.

Some people suffer from download limits... Yes, even in this day and age. Perhaps that's what he means.

Don't discriminate against my 70kb/s downloads!!!

(Doesn't even affect me, I'm having my friend who has a 10mb/s connection download the stuff onto my flash-drive)

Yeah, yeah. Exactly. It sucks to had moved to another city. I have 1/3 of my previous internet speed.

Downloaded the files via PRELOAD in an hour.

The point that is being missed here is that this is a pre-load. So even if it takes you 3 days to download it you are still not missing out in any way and will still get to play it at the same time as those who got it in a couple hours. With the collosal number of changes, updates and vast amount of new content it would have been impossible to release as a patch.

In addition +3GBs for a video game in this day and age is not big, I got GTAIV from steam not long ago which was 15GB!

I'm using a 1mb connection. And what I considered to be ''godlike'', when I was at my state capital, was 3mb. With luck I will have a 10mb connection in the beginning of march.
