Hi when ever I try to down load PR .9 it is only 15 kilobytes large. I have tried downloading it several times and its always the same. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The file you're downloading from the page is a torrent file. To download the actual mod files you need to open it with a torrent program. Like µTorrent

That would be a torrent file your downloading, a 3rd party program is needed to accesss it and initiate the download. Bitcommet being one of the more popular, but there are many. I'm using FDM and havent had any problems with it.

I couldn't check right now but is there direct pre-download option? I don't use torrent! :/

you need a torrent program
i recommend uTorrent, its a very light program to download torrents
or Vuze, it uses more resources and got more features

I would use a torrent over a mirror any day for something like this.

Yeah, if you have it set up right a decent torrent will always be faster than a direct link, plus no possibility of corrupted files and you can pause any time.

IF you don't want to install a separate torrent program and you have firefox you can get the FireTorrent add-on to let you download torrents.
