Questions for articulate geeks only: hdd setup with fraps and VRAM suggestions

Hi.
Ordering a new system on Wednesday 10th and i would like to ask some questions.
HDD USAGE/FORMAT AND FRAPPING
I'm having 4hdds.
2x250gb RAID STRIPE
1x500gb
1x750gb
The striped drives are for OS, games and apps only or are they?
Is it wise to make a partition for each game or should I just have a single partition for games?
Frapping is something I'd like to be involved in but for performance should the capture be located on the stripes?
With 4gb of DDR 3 1333 RAM and a 1gb graphics card what would be a good VRAM ammount?
