[0909] Cellphone "hang-up" animation is reverse of dial animation

When using RMB with a cellphone it shows a dial animation (which is pretty cool); however, RMB again shows a reverse of that animation, which is a pretty weird way of hanging up.
Not sure if it's a bug (maybe just an engine limitation) but posting here anyway.
Tested with Hamas on Asad Khal standard layout.
