Hi guys,
Im getting this error while playing .9 map Yamalia
MD5Tool Mismatch: RendDX9_r.dll (len=204
Any suggestions?
Vista 64bit
Intel QuadCore 2.4
4GB RAM
Club3d 8800GTS with 640MB ram

I've had the same problem today (twice) on Beirut and Iron Ridge....
System spec:
- Win XP SP3
- 2GB RAM
- Pentium D 2.66 GHz
- Nvidia GF6600

I have the issue on all maps.
I allready update PB manually but htis didnt help.

i replaced those 3 dx9 dll files and until now it seems to work.

I know what files but my question was, where did you get the fixed files?
But I got the problem solved by removing the file RenDX9_r.dll from Battlefield 2 directory.

same Problem here, all maps.
i take the long Way and reinstall BF2 it seems to Work
I think its Problem when u install PR 0.9 just over 0.87 without deinstall/delete the old PR.
possibly a Vista/Win7 specific Problem, when u do install just over.

I got the files from a friend who didnt have the problem.

there was a fix involving this file to stop Alt Tab problems .....

i never applied that patch since i didnt have the problem. but the issue is fixied now

Couldn't you just upload them? I have no time to completely reinstall BF2 incl. patches and PR.

I discovered a solution. The renddx9_r.dll is the backup of one of the other renddx9.dll's whicht was created with the 0.9 installation.
You only have to rename the file to (e.g.) renddx9_r.dll.2
I was just playing a few hours and did not get kicked. Try it
