Cannot see passengers inside, it steers to the right slightly.

Elaborate please. Do you mean as a driver you can't see the passengers in the little mini-apc icon in the bottom corner? Or as a passenger you can't see the other passengers

If youre in passenger compartment, you cant see other players inside. Even if theres 4 players in vehicle you cant see anyone.
