Hello. Error while trying to lunch PR it says that the folder or shortcuts are in wrong directory.

PunkBuster (kick) "disallowed program/Driver [128017] - Project Reality Forums

So i Google for 'Steam Project Reality' I get a HotKey File in Notepad. I do what it been told and Hooray i could start PR without a biggie! I could join servers and play for .. 5 seconds.

Why 5 seconds you may ask?
Because The server automatically kicks me out for 'Disallowed Program'... Disallowed Program you say? Yeah.
(The only Program i have running is Steam and BF2)

This means i cant play PR witch i Play since 0.3 (Dont mind new account)

Help? :(

i had this problem like 3 weeks ago.. i tend to play alot of steam games so i decided to run steam with PR and it was happening .. i send emails to the PB guys and they said theirs 2 ways of fixing it... either take PR off steam list and open it via shortcut (Best fix), or go to steam > view > settings > in-game > then unselect "Enable steam community in-game"......... that should fix it hope this helped.

i Had the same issues but with different #'s as u.i got ur solution so start deleting all tweaks u have done to PR.
1.Open up ur steam settings
2.Click on In-game Tab
3.Disable Steam In-game Community
4.Remeber me as ur Hero
5.Hope this helps!

PS: Run with adminstrative settings, and compability mode(if Nessesary) End all Background Tasks Such as: Download, Steam download, Any Chat program besides Mumble or Ventrillo, Close Hamachi , anything that looks like PB would think is a hack program.
