Lower left portion of screen messed up

This happened to me in .87 too, but after it carried over to .9 I finally got pissed enough to seek help. Basically, the lower left part of my screen while playing PR WILL display things anything related to the actual game (level geometry, enemies, etc.) but it will NOT display icons and text in that area. For example, if I pull up the kit selection screen, I can see all kits to a certain point (about halfway down the screen). Any kits after that point though will be invisible, and I'll have to guess which one I'm picking. This problem also effects the squad screen, the map (decals such as tanks, helicopters and player markers will not be displayed in this portion of the screen on the full map) and the score menu. I looked throughout the help section, but it doesn't appear that anyone else has this problem. It's still possible to play the game with this bug, but I'm getting REALLY tired of the limitations it imposes.

Pillbox: Do you have a Intel GMA 965? My friend has the same problem. It deals with the new Intel Driver for Windows 7 that increases performance compared to the Vista drivers but it removes the icons from that part of the screen. However you are still able to click in that area for whatever kit. But yeah, he hasn't found the solution yet. I don't know but perhaps you can pay attention for new Intel driver updates to come out.

Ah, thanks man! Works great and was an easy fix. Now I don't have to fish around and try to guess which kit I'm choosing.
