Conserning Command and Control

I believe it is time for some of the developers to explain how things really work in CNC-mode.
When does vehicles spawn, when reinforcements arrives, etc.
Also, some of the info on the gamemode-specs have been somewhat blurry... meaning bad explanation.

I can believe you, it's not...
Because I just waited 20 mins for the apache on silent eagle, and when none of the choppers spawned (attack and transport), we waited for the team to build 4/5 forward outposts, then 20 min more...
might this just be one bug?

exactly what I've read...
But we made about 6 FBs. I'm just asking if this is as it should be, or if its a bug

Yeah same. Last (and only) CnC round I played in 0.9 we built 5 FBs, same as enemy.

Yup....its a bug.....fingers crossed it should be a server hotfix so players shouldnt have to download a patch

i thought americans don't get the apache, they get an F16 and A10, and the ruskies get a havoc and mig??

on aas yes but on cnc I believe the americans get apache
