It looks like the textures of the trees and other things are starting to repeat?
not sure if it is just me or what.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go look

Tested On:
-UFEAR server
-Dragon Fly
-Cache
-0909

Video Settings (if needed):GFX settings: all game settings on high, 8x aa
(nvidia settings on override 16x aa 16x a high quality)
GFX cards: SLI x 2 Geforce 8800 GTX 768mb

I noticed the same thing over some objects in the distance on Yamalia.

Known issue.

It the LODs of the trees, not much we can do about it. Its a BF2 problem.
