IDK if this is the right section...
But I don't seem to know how to make a poll!
Anyone knows? Once I heard oly Admins/Moderators can.... is this true...?

Yes access to making polls is limited. PM a mod about the thread you're about to make / have made and if it is deemed necessary and useful they will likely put it up.
