We'll never had that problem before. It happens periodically not all the time maybe two rounds or one. Not my system I believe, I think its the codding no offense.

set your lighting to medium (dont confuse with lighting detail)

When i turned all of my settings to medium, i didn't ctd or get memory error anymore. I do think though you can keep some settings at high while lowering other such as.
