i searched the forum of battlefield 2 and project reality forum for it but didn't find any about this

the problem is with voip i enable it and everything and i click apply but when i go back in option it reset the settings

i tried it a couple of times and it kept reset and if you ask i run vista 32 bit

might be a corrupted profile/settings file
use bf2 cleaner or manually delete your bf2 profile (My Documents\Battlefield 2)

You can change your audio settings in the Audio.con file in the Battlefield 2 folder under My Documents. Change your settings and keep them by enabling Read-Only under the Audio.con properties.

maybe i should just use mumble instead

when i do it crashes

i am afraid you will have to lower your settings to "high" or "medium" "ultra high" is known to cause issues
