I just wanted to try it out as kind of dissapointed the way the bf2 engine could only allow up to 8 people in a vechicle so the chinnok wouldint really be used in PR as it is in RL. So i think it worked pretty well so i think im going to do this in the next Full human game in PR it was going pretty fast aswell.

however my impression from that vid was that it wasn't very fast, but still that's alot less jerky and 'painful' then attempting the same in a merlin

That is very interesting.
I will have to try that in a real game with real people.

I found out that the only damage you get yourself is if you walk to far front or walking on the ramp (you die in both circumstances)

It acutally was pretty fast i was supriesd how fast i was going and still being alive its hard to tell as you can not see out the windows.


o ye i also found out that if you try shoot out opeinings at the sides of the heli your actually shooting the heli.

yep, for anyone who said they aint seen the ramp close, there it is

and ye, you can walk in the back like that, but I wouldn't advise it since its very easy to die

well fast or not, the way i fly the chinook people not attached to seats might find it far less enjoyable then waiting a little longer for my return

bah, just insert the physics vortex inside the Chinook. people go in and medic kills them, after all are laying dead on Chinook he sits down, pilot engages the vortex and flies away. When he gets near the LZ he opens doors and drops the bodies. Chinook then lands and medic goes for revive -> whole team got a ride in one Chinook.

How did he close the door? XD
Also, surely closing the door isn't going to make much difference seeing as when people get out they appear behind the chinooks ramp anyways? mebbeh do what they did in Bf1942 with the landers and eject people inside the heli?

The door automaticly closes when the throttle is pushed to a certin point.

What point is this? I've never seen a human pilot cause the door to close in PR

Sorry i should say speed and im not sure what speed it closes at.
