For some odd reason Part 2 won't install for me. When I double click on the file nothing happens. After 5 tries I went into Task Manager to find 5 pr installs running. After closing them I noticed there was another file running called Consent so I closed those too. I tried again running the install to the same results. If I close the Consent.exe first the install crashes with the error.

ShellExecuteEx failed; code 1.
Incorrect Function

Any help would be appreciated, I tried running the install as an admin again with same results.

I am running
Windows 7 x64
2x Nvidia 240 SLI
Intel 6600 OC'ed to 3.4 Ghz
6 Gigs of Ram

i read somewhere that it takes time when it starts to install...sometimes
double click and drink one cup of coffee and then check if the istallation has started.

are you running user account control??

also there is allot which needs to be extracted for the install hence the long time.

wow ok problem solved, took near 5 minutes sitting to come up.
