So when I start my pr everything goes fine, I get the splash screen, it asks to start bf2.exe then i get the intro, i log in but then i get a message that i need to use another shortcut!
Ive used the one in the main mod folder, but that doesnt work either!

HALP!

mabey you can install PR again ??

I've tried reinstalling and doing what it says in the guide, none of it works!

what do you mean with "it asks to start bf2.exe"

make sure to run pr.exe as admin!

try searching the forums abit more - theres more threads that i believe fit your problem - no need having more threads of the same thing - makes searching for the answer harder as you can see

You have spent some time trying to help yourself, but your ready to ask for help:

Please include your basic PC info in your post :
Operating system = XP, Vista etc.
systems specks = cpu/speed, ram installed, free space on HD, video card/video ram on card,type of monitor
network setup = cable, 4 port 10/100/1000 d- link gamers lounge/ wired connection.
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.

The more info you can give the better your chance of getting a quick answer back.
You don't have to write a book,
but your basic PC info is needed to help you.

I had a problem like this, it seemed to happen when i didn't delete my BF2 folder in my documents before i installed the game. When you play for the first time the folder is replaced.
