Insurgency spawning

Ok here goes. After the rallypoint change in 0.9 and what it did to blueforce spawning (in a good way) i think the insurgent spawning needs some work. The devs idea befind rallypoint changes was "never see a player spawn".
So i think that basicly hideouts are like 0.87 rallys thet need shoveling. So insted of having hideouts or rallys how about making making something similiar to silent eagle (i hope iam not compleatly wrong haven't got a chance to play it yet but this is what i recall from reading about it WIP) where you have a moving spawnpoint (a plane) but with insurgents you just get, mabye 4-> random static spawns that change every 5-10min. This way we have a simulated moveability with insurgents so that they can come from any direction. Of course this needs to have a block radius like everyother spawning system we got.
