Hi, welcome to the forums.
Your ID # is your unique BF2 account number for each of your players.
BF2s.com
Put your player name in the search on the left.
You will see your ID number in the top left corner after search.

start up the game, and when you should be typing your password there is a button called MANAGE then press creat new account
