Ok... Here is the texture in photoshop:

Camo I made..
Now I want to apply the camo to this... without losing the little things on the current camo... Like the pockets and knee protectors. I already made all the black stuff into another layer, but I want to also be able to save the other things aswell.
Am I doing this correctly? Any easier ways? Please post.
Re: Camo is ready to be applied to skin.. But how? Help?

I really suggest you look at some basic photoshopping before taking on a task like that
look trough some tutorials on filters and textures in photoshop, i will see if I can find some for you

In your situation the best thing to do would to get the _b textures, the rainbow coulered bump maps and then desaturate them and adjust things like contrast and highlights and shadows etc. This will be ur template and will save u time drawing in the creases.
Apply the camo onto another layer, and if u really want to keep the black stuff like the boots and flak vest use the polygon cut out tool to remove them from the original texture and put them onto ur new one.
There a few other things to do buts thats the basics. I havent really done much skinning just messing around in photoshop really but thats how i would do it.
Please someone add to what i just said because i dont really have much exp at this either. XD
Remember your C texture is your color texture and your B texture is your bump map texture it helps alot when skinnin soldier models. Unless that is you are changing pockets and things then the bump map wont be the same as the pockets on the soldier it may look a bit odd the light.
