After removing 6 overlapping versions of ATI's Catalyst Control Center from the HD through the Device manager, PR v9 runs much better and everything is back to high settings but the anti aliasing; it not will not engage.

I have to say that PRv9 is a beautiful game. I'm liking the subdued colors of some of the maps and the crystal clearness of Qwai.

I did blow up a my medic because of the keybind change but ...

ATI has a new update for it's video cards as of Feb 17, 2010, at least my card.

Ok, pretend for a moment that im a small child who knows very little about how his video card works.

i too have an ATI card(HD2400) and i had to call tech support so i could get my sound back. i also cant upgrade my card because of my power supply. im very interestered in getting .9 to run better(lashkar in completely unplayable for me), where can i get more information/instuctions on how to do this.

me too, i tried updating my driver, since it says it was last updated in 2008, but even after i installed it, it still says i have the best driver installed already. i have an ATI Radeon HD 3200, which is supposed to be pretty good, but i have to play on low settings still

devil dog, something is seriously wrong with your computer if you have to play on low.

The 3200 isn't good at all, so I wouldn't expect anything but low settings.

He's saying updating drivers creates several versions of the control center that work at the same time and mess each other up, removing all of them but the current one solves a lot of problems.

That's how I understood it anyway. Personally I prefer Nvidia, hasn't let me down yet.

ATI drivers are like, dont fix what isnt broken.. less you joke around with them, longer you can play

3200 is kinda old so new drivers won't help it. Plus it's a laptop,no?
Laptop drivers doesn't get updated as often.

i got a pny 8400gs 256 pci and it runs .9 on mid and with 2x anti aliasing
is that good im on defult drivers wich came with the grafix card should i up date and if so what one ?
