I have pr_0909_full_part1of2_setup.exe and pr_0909_full_part2of2_setup.exe. When I run either they crash windows and I am forced to restart. I am patched up to 1.5 and I am using 64-bit windows 7





EDIT: also if I try to copy, move, rename, right-click, or highlight either exe's, explorer stops working, CTRL+ALT+DEL is unresponsive, and It won't shut down.

sounds like corrupted files/hdd
run "chkdsk c: /r"

check the file integrity:

you might have to redownload the files
use a torrent client or download manager

Hi everyone,

I also had the same problem when trying to install this mod. Is the install I downloaded corrupt? After installing the Mod, the original (Vanilla) Battlefield 2 also does not work. I'm on Vista Home Edition.

Like they sent to me, you can try the MD5 hash checker to see if it's corrupt or not. I'm going to see if it's a windows conflict first by redownloading again into a new area.

I'd just like to ask someone to please close this thread. I figured it out. Somehow, while downloading drivers for my sisters laptop, I installed a touchscreen driver and another one that was crashing certain programs. Is all good now.
