[0909] sound in ins-supply truck

Description:
When looking left in the INS supply truck as a passenger, the sound is really strange...
Unfortunatley I didnt have fraps turned on.
Steps to Reproduce:
Be a passenger and look left, after resupplying the truck in the main.
