The Return of the Spec Op's Kit.

I am unsure to the reasons behind the disappearance of the spec ops kit from the older versions, but I for one was very disappointed!
I did a forum search and check of the suggestion thread and didn't find anything like I have been pondering. So if this is a re-suggestion I apologise as I couldn't find any evidence to the contrary. This is purely suggestion and I hope to be comprehensive as possible to warrant a dev's attention as well as all you fine players out there, it's a long post but please read it all before ripping me or it apart
...thanks for reading!
Well here goes:
First of all I want to point out that I speak from an Australian point of view and that I only have a small number of experiences working with other nations SO's units.
Spec Ops units move in and out of regular units all the time, taking on special or specific roles outside the regular infanteer's abilities.
Basic Kit Layout
*M4A1 Carbine Suppressed w/ACOG (Scoped) or w/Aimpoint (Unscoped). ***
*USP/M9/GLOCK etc
*Grenades
*Smoke (Coloured and otherwise)
*GTLD (with the range finder put back on!)
*Patches
*C4/Slams for asset destruction only (not Armour! ~ balanced accordingly)
*** As per current kit options. Maybe even a Rem 870 Master Key to open doors/gates to replace scoped as to avoid the kit being used as silent sniper/DM ~ Weapon would do slightly less damage at range compared to regular M4A1 ala sub-sonics <-- Good balance options as well as realistic.
The big difference in this kit compared to the old would be in Insurgency maps this class should be equipped with plain clothes...Putting this kit in plain clothes would allow the Spec Ops to pick up enemy kits to allow for better blending (obviously some cosmetic differences will needed to be made for balance purposes) amongst enemies, not for the purpose of being able to kill them better but making recon a much more viable option for a small squad of say 3 or 4 (sqd ldr, sniper/DM, spec ops, medic) to achieve. Being able to relay vital information back to the commander for the conventional units to use. Information such as heavy troop concentrations, suspected cache locations and asset positions all while being able to repel attacks in close quarters, an ability the sniper severely lacks. (and rightly so).
In a conventional battle space the kits role would be to seek and destroy FB's and other vital assets while being supported by (or supporting) a sniper, designating air strikes whilst once again conducting observation duties for the teams use. Large scale recon would not only be its use, even as a point man for a conventional squad or two would be intensely useful.
In conclusion, as this class would of course have to be limited like its original form to the same limit as the sniper is currently allowed. I have seen the "spotter" class suggested over and over again but this class could aid the sniper in this role while being able to complete a myriad of other taskings. The main point of all of this is if this class is used correctly it is the most teamwork originated class of them all...
Comments, Crits, Whinges or ******* welcome!
