Close Quarter Battle:

-Auto/Burst
-Sprint.
-Fall back.

Long range Battle:
-Automatic Rifleman
-Scope.
-Grenadier.
-Spread out.

I believe the issue here is that the people who need to come to your training are probably either illiterate, or not bright enough to figure out they need to go, based on my experiences in-game.

Good luck training some of these miscreants, and thanks for taking your time to help 'em out.

I was thinking about doing Training every monday, and yes, next training after this first one will be a squadleader training. But i think i will talk to Robbie about "Setting" it up, since he got a bit irritadet with me
