you should be modelling around the player model they are meant to go on so they fit onto that player model perfectly..

Choose the larger of the pack (Most factions are using at least two player models), and make sure the fitted pieces (Backpacks, cables, helmet suspension) work, then make alterations so that it doesn't look goofy on the smaller of the players.

Have you never heard of highspeedlowdrag speed-reloads? If you have a stanag in every oraphis at all times it improves combat effectiveness in an urban environment*
*warning: may cause internal hemorrhaging. Oraphis-based speed reloads should only be attempted by trained individuals or professionals of the adult entertainment business.

its awesome that you want to update the brits geometries. Ive noticed that quite a few things have changed with the real life british soldiers since the debut of brit soldiers in PR.
Did the brits change their helmets? They look different to me now than they used to. I know the camo has changed. And the SA80s are all covered in rails now and have foregrips. I hope someday we get those in PR too.

If you want to do kit geometry work listen to this guy. He is co responsible for the awesome kit geometry that is beautifying the Russians and US Army.

I have created several variations. Some soldiers i know prefer putting the mag upside down and others the right way up so I have taken this into account to create some extra variation in the kit models

...erm your right there.... however I use 3ds max 10 so unfortunatly I cant get access to the project reality files and never have been able too.

Yes your quite right and I will be working on this. Along with the new osprey armour. I would like to one day help project reality revamp the entire British faction but for the time being I just want to focus on getting these kit geoms to a high standard and ready for use.

If your planning on trying to get your work into PR then you need to use 3DsMax9, please read this:

And let us know if you are planning on getting this into PR and we will get you the relevant files.

I am aiming to get this model into PR, as I would love to have my work showcased. If you could supply me with the relivant files then that would help me significantly to speed up the process of getting these models finished. I aim to rework these models until i feel they are of a high enough quality for PR.

Could you help point me in the right direction on who i may have to liase with to actually getting these files? Things like the LAT Weapon systems etc would be awesome to have (much like how the us kit geoms are).

Hmm, the new helmets they are issued are present in the picture, but they don't seem so apparent in your model?
I just really hate the pudding bowl helmet lol!

Lol aw but the British have been using silly helmets since WW1, it would be a shame to see them phased out
