Were can I get a PR Manual that will give me info about how everything works? I clicked guide but it asked for a password. the web link to the manual that came with it doesn't seem to work.

The link is still active and working for me, try saving target it might be a connection / browser issue. The wiki guide is still offline waiting changes.

Use his link, but your install of PR if it came from here should provide a manual.

The manual also appears on your desktop when you install PR. At least it did for me.

did you download PR becasue it comes with it and at installtion it asks if u want to read it?

A shortcut to the manual appeared after the installation that's all.
