Description:
firing an at-4 and blowing up a breach able door with a c-4 does not open it

Steps to Reproduce:
1:start a local server (Korengal)
2:take the us lat kit and fire the rocket at the door
3:try then blowing it up with c-4
4: see the door stay intact

The lock is the part that breaks it. Shoot at AT4 right at the lock and you should be good. Same with C4.

Just a little heads up while in reality a large explosive could easily take a door out it was made to be a job of the engineer only. Game play reason

That's terrible.

Again....its for gameplay reasons. Why have a player role when you can just have a CAS or HAT guys blowing down all the doors for the team.

Its to encourage teamwork. Its that basic.

If LAT and HATS are blowing up doors its there own fault i dont see why you need to force players in the right direction.

i've noticed this with the shotgun too. you can open door-doors fine, but the gates don't seem to want to open. even if you get it dead on the bar crossing both doors.
i did however manage to open one after a few attempts, but it did end up blowin apart in my face, wood splinters everywhere. wasn't a pretty sight.

this has mainly been on Lashkar

Its just a game play thing. It adds a bit of fun that a player...a specialized role...has to be present to breach a door to a house instead of blowing it down along with the rest of the house. Plus the only destroyable parts are the locks.

Same goes for the gates. We understand to reality of it. Its just a game play thing.

As far as the shotgun issue, I think that comes down to the weapon. I might be that your to close or something. And make sure your using iron sites and wait a second before shooting.
