Why do caches have them on even know insurgents cant get them?

Been bugging me for ages.

My guess is a sneaky blufor super glued them to the cache so we can see them but not use them.

Chechens (Militia) on iron ridge can get them.

But I think at least the taliban HAT should get it.

Ive been wondering this also.

Tandem warheads are those Eastern European country's HATs.

He means that if they are on the caches (along with AK mags, a box of shotgun shells etc.) for the Iraqi Insurgents, why can they not use them?

Well Wikipedia states that the Insurgents actually use them but it depends on how valid is Wikipedia as a source

either way the tandem warhead imo shouldnt be avaible to INS due to gameplay reasons (afaik there is a single tank in ins maps) APCs are easily dealt with regular RPGs and that is pretty much the only armored vehicles, along with IFVs, that an Insurgent will encounter,

+1 for stereotypes there, neither Russians or Militia are European. :|

Not entirely true...Russia is technically East European due to the fact that most of its population is in East Europe

Militia on the other hand...atm we presume they are Chechen but as a faction they are actually just a generic paramilitary force

Do I win something? I'll give in about the Militia though, they could be NorthWestern Asians.

;)

Geographically, the term Eastern Europe can stretch as far as Georgia and Azerbaijan, and includes many of the countries bordering western Russia like Ukraine. And when taking into account that many of the maps featuring the Militia are themed around the caucasus mountains (Oochamachira, Georgia), it's safe to say that yes, Eastern European was correctly applied.

No stereotypes here. Just basic geography.

Meh.....fine, but it's still vague.

back on topic, I'm guessing the tandem warheads are there since Militia are also involved with Insurgency.

Possibly, they are unusable because they are duds? You know, you could make a whole story about this. Hamas have the same weapons caches on Gaza and on Asad Khal (in the mansion), but IIRC they don't have Tandem warheads for their RPGs either.

Actually, funny story... Militia still gets the good ol' 3 RPG HAT kit... so they still taunt... I've also noticed with the Militia LAT kit you can choose between the RPG-27(I think it is, mind is tired right now) with a left click or the one equipped with two RPG-7's with a right click... I don't know, but it the choice part mighthave just been because I was in local... :? :

Why would you prefer one rocket to two? Is the RPG-26 rocket any better?

26 250m combat effectiveness and 440 mm penetration( I think with a normal HEAT round)

7 100-300m? 330-700mm (depending on the warhead)

Or how about its a waste of an additional texture for a purely cosmetic change, if we did unique textures for every simple thing that might be slightly off we'd end up with gigs[at least lots of hundreds of megabytes] of new textures for all our buildings and ****... the PR download is already big enough as it is ;)

When i see them on the new cache pics before 9 came out i assumed yes but clearly thay wont. Those factions arent even alowd IED's that can blow anything up.

On a side note are thay even in game? cant say iv ever seen one since 9 came out.
