[0909] Russian 2 story building bug

I think this is a collisionmesh issue (though i don't know)
in silent eagle the central village, this two story wooden buildings with a balcony and narrow windows.
if you walk up the stairs and then try to move into the room without fully getting to the top you'll be stuck half in, unable to move. Going prone drops you through the floor
