Description:
When many Civilians were killed (12 or more in a row) and then 3 civilians were arrested, cache was immediately revealed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Squad of civilians fired on by two LAVs and a SAW gunner repeatedly. Slaughter 12-15 of them, and then approach and arrest 2-4.

Were they killed for helping the insurgency or were they martyrs?

Every single one was a martyr. 12+. 3 got arrested a minute and a half later and that basically instantly revealed a cache.
