Random Menu Freezes

So today my PR started to encounter a problem. I would log in normally, then once i go to click something the game would randomly freeze up for ~20 seconds. Then it would preform the desired action. Its not when i click something specifically, just random things. ( ex. If i click deploy, gotta wait 20 seconds. If i click Auto deploy, every time the counter gets to 1, another 20 second wait ). Like i said, its nothing specific, it just freezes on random menu freezes, for about 20 seconds. Very aggravating! A friend of mine has encountered a similar problem, anyone else getting this? If so, any fixes?
