Pretty sure what´s causing the FPS drops after 0.9

If i remeber correctly in 0.9 you implemated a new kit geometry system that make draw the kits at longer distances.
So just now as i was playing muttrah after the 0.917 release (as i havnt played almost at all since 0.8 because of the performance issue) i noticed that whenever i looked the way my team was clustered my FPS dropped
So i went on a empty muttrah server and i got the steady 99FPS im used to.
With some drop to 60~ but not anyway near the 20~ i got on the populated server
Im not saying this is the definite cause but can it be that LOTS of buildings/static (as in muttrah, beirut, fallujah) + the new kit drawing system causes these annoying drops in FPS
Please everyone who have this problem test this out.
I´ve only tested it on muttrah so far
renderer.drawfps 1 is the command for fpsmeter, go on a populated server study your fps and then go to a empty server and do the same compare results
Edit; i checked it out on fallujah too kind of a differance but not as dramatic as muttrah
