[0917] Deployable TOW - Missing map symbol

The deployable TOW doesn't have a map symbol when its not manned.

Couldn't find anything related to that in the 2 bugs forums even if it existed since 0909.

Update:
Sometimes even the manned TOW doesn't get an icon.
